On January 12, property owner Alfred Reyes and ITG Development Group asked the city for permission to demolish a three-story house at 1701 Parkview Avenue and erect a seven-story apartment building. On Tuesday, June 9, the Department of Buildings reviewed ITG’s plan for a fourteenth time.
